Pros
The list of Pros of working at a place like Mondo is pretty extensive. Some of the things that really stand out to me, as a Technical Recruiter in our Philadelphia office, are the work environment and my coworkers, the money and the incentives, the challenge and the daily excitement of knowing that today is not going to be the same as yesterday. Mondo gives each of its employees real control over what one does, how much fun one has, and how much one makes.
Cons
This took some thought for me, however, a Con would be that this is Sales. It is not for everyone and it is hard work. It is for me and if it's for you, then this shouldn't be a Con but an expectation!
