Pros

I've worked as a contractor with Mondo for almost 6 months. They work hard to continually follow up and stay current with both myself and the company I'm working with. Mondo recruiters are very proactive and knowledgable. They also work hard not be one-sided but take care of everyone at the table, which in turn has helped build stronger relationships.

Cons

No negative reviews at this time.

Pros

The culture is a haven for type-A personalities, and professionals who are motivated, hungry and in it for the W. There is a constant buzz in the air in every office I've been in --- its like at any minute a moment greatness could pop off. The company is constantly evolving which is a pro and possibly a con. The point is, its a sink or swim environment, and for the right people that is an environment that breeds talent, and for others its an all out fear factory. You have to think quick on your feet and it is mentally challenging. But isn't that sales? When you work for one of the fastest growing IT tech staffing companies in the US, what else is to be expected? They like to promote from within the company and are very progressive --- basically, if you can demonstrate the value of something, then take initiative to present it, prove it and make it happen - YOLO! In terms of stand and fringe benefits, there are few that contend with the benefits of FUEL... Seriously the benefits and incentive programs start out great with unlimited vacation, annual bonus, and slick add-ons like shoe shines, dry-cleaning, massages, parties, trips, etc. And every year that you are there it's like hitting the progressive slots at a casino!!! It just gets better and better and better and... The CEO and the team of executives have a strong work ethic and have an open door policy. Every month they raise the bar in terms of motivating and incentive-izing the offices for someone or some many to be the HERO(ES) in the company.

Cons

Like I said, its sink or swim around here... Mondo wants you to CONSTANTLY PUSH THE ENVELOP. They EXPECT you to CONSTANTLY be HUNGRY! The company wants to breed talented individuals that will help to grow the brand, build the client base and show serious revenue. That can be A LOT of pressure and very stressful. Cold calling, emailing and getting uncomfortable are a HUGE part of your day to day. Even with training, practice and repetition, it can still easily become overwhelming. You are expected to keep up with the pace, and if you fall behind there is little room for complaint --- I mean its what you signed up for Day 1, and its expected that you manage it all. I guess I'd sum it up like this... if you're okay with accepting average from yourself and those around you, this is NOT the place for you.
