      Pros

      Truly a place where what you put in equals what you get back- if you are willing to work hard you can make a ton of money and move up in the company incredibly quickly. CEO and VPs are always open to, and really want to hear, new ideas to grow the company and will help employees carve out their own career path. If you commit to the company and are willing to work your a** off, you will be recognized and rewarded! All around, a great place for a young person to jump start their career.

      Cons

      -Long hours, but thats what you get in a sales role -Management can micromanage quite a bit, which some people cant handle. -Definitely high stress

      Pros

      The positive and upbeat atmosphere in the office is contagious. When you enter the doors here you quickly become a part of the Mondo family. The people are great and they want to help you continue your success to grow and make yourself and the company better every day. There are endless opportunities for growth too which is something I really appreciate.

      Cons

      No cons! It's a great place to work if you're looking for a fast-paced environment and if you want to take the next step in your career.
