      Pros

      - Great atmosphere, fun people, guaranteed you'll learn a lot - Performance is judged by impact - Everyone is accessible. Even our CEO is only a few cubicles away - Quota is huge but it's NOT impossible - Great career advancement opportunities - Half-day Fridays during the summer is awesome!!!!

      Cons

      - Hard core environment, if you don't deal well with extra responsibility or hitting your numbers, you probably won't have the best time - No 401(k) matching & Healthcare benefits aren't great - Things are constantly changing in the development process - Weak management with little to no management experience (lots of first time managers)

      Pros

      The opportunities for career development at Mondo are truly endless. They don't cut corners on investing in their people, from an extremely competitive benefits platform to training and development classes. They also reward heavily for hard work and dedication. 60 employees that qualified for "Mondo Club" just returned from an ALL EXPENSES PAID trip to Mexico as a thank you for their hard work and dedication. Companies across the US are cutting these sorts of expenses, while Mondo continues to invest.

      Cons

      They move extremely quickly and if you're not a mover and a shaker, the environment will not be for you.

      A Career not just a Job

      Pros

      Coming from another staffing firm I wanted to make sure that I was not just obtaining a job at my next company, but a place where I could establish myself for the long haul. I never saw myself wanting to stay in staffing, but now that I am here at Mondo, I could not imagine being anywhere else. If you are willing to put in the hard work this company is here to reward you with endless possibilities for growth. I have a direct relationship with my manager and VP, both of whom I see as mentors and who I know I can count on to help me accomplish all of my goals. I actually enjoy coming to work every day and love that no two days are the same and every day comes with new possibilities for me to grow my career.

      Cons

      Staffing is a tough industry to be in. It has very high high, and very low lows. Staffing in general weeds out the weak and is very sales driven. However, if you can stand the heat, Mondo is the place to be.
