      Pros

      I got the interview quick . It was a good match with a big company . I got the job temp to perm . Mondo works with you closely to help you find the best place for you . Setup for pay and hours worked is simple and done quick . Seems they are really trying to get people employed and as the economy is not great yet that helps . Better then many other recruiters .

      Pros

      I have only been working with them for about a month. I can tell you that they have set the standards by which I will measure all other recruiting firms. Always responsive and great at follow-through. They signed me with a contract that I could not be happier with and continue to verify that both sides is happy.

      start up feel with security of a company that's been around for 13 years, open communication, upward mobility, and GREAT benefits

      industry is very stressful and forces a work hard, play hard mentality
