Coming out of college and not knowing where I wanted to be, Mondo was the best choice I made! I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in sales but was unsure where. After having a phone screen with Mondo and being invited to meet the office at a meet a greet- I realized that the environment which Mondo portrays is unlike any other company. Now that I have been working for Mondo for quite some time, I have to say that from the warm welcome I received from my start to the training program, this is the place to be! You start as an ISAM(Inside Sales Account Manager) where you learn the ins and outs of sales and how to be the best you can be. They are constantly trying to improve on this program as well and are more than willing to listen to all and any input to better improve the program. There is a great amount of support for your success and in this environment you're given the opportunity to be the best you can be, and people will listen to your ideas.
Cons
As an ISAM your manager works remote, meaning that you have face time every couple weeks, and although we do conference calls and video chats, and the support is constantly there, I personally feel that it would be more beneficially to have more face time. As the company grows more and more though, I am sure this will happen!
