Pros

At most consultant firms your no more then a resume and an occasional form letter. At Mondo they treat you like a valued asset. They stay in constant contact with you and really want to fit you to the right opportunity for both you and their hiring clients. This isn't your run of the mill resume bank. I've been consulting now for almost 20 years and if your looking for help finding your next position give Mondo a try, it will be the best decision you make all year.

Cons

None so far. The company has been bullet proof for me. If anything changes I'll update my review but I really believe they are as good as they've shown themselves to be.

Pros

I have been working with Mondo for almost three months. I talked to a few people over their but mainly my point of contact has been great. Not only does this company work diligently to help me find work, but she (my point of contact) has also given me great advise on my resume, and has even gone as far to edit it and make it that much better! I have worked with several agencies around the Denver Metro area, and the people at Mondo are just the best. From the first time they contacted me, till now, I feel the agents at Mondo, especially my point of contact, have been very professional and know what they are doing. Again, I have worked with several agencies, and none of them can compare to Mondo. They actually follow up when a contract is done. They know what companies need and will match your expertise to the companies needs and vise versa. I was recently sent to a job that was way out of my league by another agency. That wouldn't happen with Mondo. These people are PROS!

Cons

Some agencies pay weekly (good) Some pay bi-weekly (not good) Mondo pays bi-weekly, not a huge deal though. More personal preference than a bad mark on an OUTSTANDING company.

Pros

Great news! If you are thinking about getting yourself into a career with Mondo, you will know exactly what you are (and aren't) getting yourself into after reading this post. Whether you are a recent college grad hungry for your first "real job", or whether you already have sales or recruiting experience, if you are looking to get your foot in the door with a large company growing at an exponential pace with endless opportunities for growth and success, you must look no further. Pros: 1) Compensation. At the end of the day that's what it is all about, right? If you are starting as a recruiter or account director, you can expect to find a generous base salary, full benefits, and limitless commission potential. If you start out on the sales training program (ISAM), you will find yourself with a generous salary and opportunity to advance into the account director role. 2) Growth. 5 years ago the only office in the company was in New York. Today there are offices in New York, Long Island, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, and San Francisco. Our founder, Michael Kirven, has his eyes set on many more. With a company growing at this rate - the opportunities are endless. We are always looking to relocate employees to new offices, so if you've ever thought about spending a year abroad to help open a new office, I can assure you that chance will be granted. Not only are we growing the offices in terms of locations, but we are also putting a lot of growth plans into the individual offices, so if your plan is to get your job at your local city and grow from ISAM to AD to Sales Manager or from Recruiter to Senior Recruiter to Recruitment Manager, those chances will be there. 3) Management. The expectations from upper management, although aggressive, are very clear and very fair. Furthermore, the company has monthly reviews with your direct manager so you always know where you stand as far as performance and you will always be on the same page with management. There aren't enough positive things I can say about my recruitment manager in the Philadelphia office. We have been on the same page since DAY ONE, and as I have continued to improve and mature into a better person and recruiter, the professional relationship that we have continues to grow as she knows that I will always be doing what I am supposed to be doing and I know that I can always count on her whenever I need help. 4) Benefits. Full benefits are available to all employees. Mondo also has a tier-like process where the longer you work there the better your benefits are. For example, you will find some remote options after year 2, a sabbatical package after year 4, and very hearty bonus at year 5, etc.

Cons

If you are someone who is very career motivated and just looking for that one shot at a career that will reward you handsomely for all of your hard work, welcome to Mondo. But expect to find yourself in before 8, out after 6, and accessible after hours and occasionally on the weekends. Bottom line, if you are hungry to bust your butt and make a ton of money for your company and yourself, welcome home. If you are just looking for a 9-5 job that will pay your mortgage and get you home in time for dinner and a move with the wife, then this is certainly NOT the job for you.
