The sky is the limit - opportunity for growth
Pros
-The CEO, Michal Kirven, is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He genuinely cares about his employees and if you are a top performer, he wants to keep you happy. He's also a family man, which has a lot to do with the culture and work life balance. -Ton of room for growth. You could start your own office, division, or even create your own role. It's like working for a start-up without the risk since it's been profitable for 12+ years. -The people at Mondo become your 2nd family. Team oriented, and genuinely nice people to work with. -You make as much money as you put into it. If you are a top performer, you will succeed financially. -There's cool rewards such as an all expenses paid trip (Mexico, Dominican Republic, etc.) that takes place every spring for all top performers.
Cons
-Mondo isn't for someone who wants a 9-5pm type of job. You have to be willing to roll up your sleeves and put in the hard work. -If you like to work in a quiet space, this isn't for you. The offices are an open layout and can get loud (but fun)! -If you like a ton of structure and hierachy, Mondo doesn't have that.
