      Pros

      Nice introduction in to the world of recruiting Look up Bluewolf to see what "Mondo" is all about---it's the same company, just a new name.

      Cons

      If your personality doesn't fit in, you can guarantee that you will be let go within 3-6 months. Management pretends to care about the success of their employees but in reality they are all selfish.. Beware, they don't tell you the compensation structure before you are hired...should have been a RED flag from the get-go.

      Pros

      The environment at Mondo is amazing, you get the opportunity to work with like minded and successful people that want you to succeed as well. I've had an amazing learning experience at Mondo, and have really grown into the role that I was presented. I've had the opportunity to interact closely with our executive branch which is something many people that are my level of tenure cannot say! The open door policy really makes you feel like you are a part of the team. It's a hard job and an environment where you aren't working a 9-5 but that was never a problem for me! I can't wait to see where our new name takes us!

      You constantly have to change and adapt, at first this can trip you up!

      Pros

      Never have I seen a company that cares about their employees on such an idividual level. That directly translates into a great service provided to the client. Mondo has it figured out

      Cons

      Not much. Management often ask the input of the team, so decisions are made as a family.
