Pros

At least you have people to commiserate with - because everyone is equally miserable

Cons

Mondo is a group of unorganized, disgruntled, lost young people who somehow ended up at the company as either result of either A) Passion for the staffing industry, B) Job recommendations from enemies, C) The oh no moment one has when realizing his/her Bachelor's Degree is in French Poetry, or, the most unfortunate and also most common option, D), plain old bad luck.

Pros

None. The company is masking its unethical ways by changing its name to MONDO. What a joke.

Cons

They sell you on a great company atmosphere and culture, but its all a sham. They pull the wool right over your eyes and expect you to keep a smile on your face in a very hostile environment.

Pros

I have built very strong friendships with my co-workers. The trauma bond is real here. You will suffer in and outside of work here and you will bond over it. Also, you will leave and it will take a while but you WILL feel like a brand new person eventually. You will feel like you have hit rock bottom but anywhere you go after here feels amazing. And I guess that's a postive.

Cons

It took me months to write up and post this review after leaving, but I can see its gotten worse by other reviews left here. glassdoor should allow 0 star reviews to make it more accurate for mondo. My take away; if you DONT have a backbone, morals, bills to pay, a loved one or a life outside of work ... this job is perfect for you. If you have one of or all of those RUN. I didn't feel right leaving this company without warning people to stay away. I wish I could take back my time and life I wasted with this company. The toll it took on my life outside of work, the manipulation and the toxic mind games are things I wish I never had to experience. To start, managements is obsessed with wolf of wall street and will try and motivate you to stay in office by saying their culture is like that movie (Red flag 1). Your comission will be withheld and not given to you if you are let go or quit, even if it has been paid out and ready to go before leaving (Red flag 2). The only people in management are the handful of individuals that were brainwashed into the 'mondo ways' and have stuck around for more than 4 years. Their management/ leaders are not chosen by soft skills or experience but on who has stayed the longest and was able to remove all of their morals working here (Red flag 3). Their turnover rate is over 110%... yes that's correct. For example you'll start with a team of 16 and 20 people will leave in a year. And they won't be able to keep up with the open spots because people are starting to speak up about this company and leave honest reviews. You will see many people leave without backup plans and that is very eye openening. This company is so toxic people will quit and risk not being able to pay bills JUST to get out/away and breathe (Red flag 4). If you are looking to work here you are either looking to be a recruiter or account manager and both of those require a large online presence and reputation to pull clients and candidates in. The first thing people do when you reach out is look up mondo and this is what they see... you will hurt your reputation working here and will not want to put this company on your resume (Red flag 5). You will quit, give specific reason as to why, explain problems that have happened AND give them solutions on how to fix it. And your team will reach out after saying it's gotten worse. Confirming Mondo will never change and is not interested in any feedback. Which is why reviews are getting increasingly worse (Red flag 6). My Red flags 7, 8, 9 ,10... are listed below and the same as other reviews. The negative reviews are very accurate and a clear view on what you will go through working here. Please stay away. Also, the next 2-3 positive reviews that are going to come after mine arnt real. That's how they try and control and balance out the bad ones. Sometimes we even get a gift card for posting :-)
