Pros

Great co-workers, its been 4 years since working at Bluewolf/Mondo and I'm still great friends with the majority of people I worked with while there. I say Bluewolf/Mondo, because I was there before the Bluewolf split up into Bluewolf and Mondo.

Cons

All of the recent 1 star ratings are consistent with my experience there 4 years back. I was with the company for almost 3 years so was not one of the many who were cut with in 3 months of joining, but I saw so much turnover while working there, I wanted to stop making friends with people because i didn't want to keep being pissed about my friends getting fired. This organization was born with a culture of EXTREME micro management, false expectations (for both employee's and clients), Lies and favoritism. I was hoping to see the reviews change but they have not, I guess management still doesn't get it. All 1 star reviews are true, the 4+ star reviews are contrived and employee's are forced to write them (that practice started back when i was working there and they were still under the bluewolf name. Imagine the split happened because the CEO of the consulting side did not want to be associated with such horrendous business practices. Here's when i knew I had to get out. As a sales "strategy" if a client was on the fence about a consultant, they would make us offer that consultant as a 3 day free trial. What this means is they force there recruiters to convince a poor consultant to quit his current job where he/she is getting paid, supporting the family, and getting benefits. The recruiters then lie and tell the consultant congrats you have the job, all the meanwhile the make the sales team tell the client the consultant is a 3 day trial. What ends up happening 9 times out of 10 is, the client ends up not wanting to hire the consultant after the "trail" period because we forced a square peg into a round hole. Then the poor consultant is left jobless! they already quit there for sure paycheck to go with a job we said the had, and now they cant go back and are jobless. ...i saw that happen 1 too many times and my conscience made me quit and pursue a career outside of agency staffing. EVERYONE BEWARE! Work here at your own risk. 1 out of every 50 hires will actually make money. you have a 90% chance of being fired in the first 3 months for no good reason. Dont ever think about a vacation unless you hit a VERY unrealistic quota, or even a day off for that matter. Be prepared for you normal work day consist of a 11 hour straight grind, every day with breaks....Don't believe anything about unlimited vacation or half day Fridays during the summer. Its all a sham. And to reiterated all the more recent comments this has been going on for year and WILL NOT CHANGE. 4 and 5 star reviews are forced by management.

Pros

They hire quickly and give a decent pay for straight out of college. There is an opportunity to make above your base salary. Occasionally people will drink beer in the office on Fridays while they complain about how horrible the company is.

Cons

YOU WILL SPEND 75% OF YOUR DAY MAKING COLD CALLS. DO NOT DOUBT THIS. The turnover rate is huge, and for good reason. The stress is crazy high and the management is completely unprofessional, even for a sales gig. If you want to work in a job doing monotonous work that causes huge amounts stress and not use your brain than this is the place for you. Management with little to no experience will micromanage everything you do all the while letting their stress out on you. Make employees write positive Glassdoor reviews to try and mask all the horrible ones. Literally saw them do it.

Pros

The people are absolutely amazing and there's a decent pay...that's about it.

Cons

The management is so screwed up. They hold you to same standards as people who have been there for over a year. They give you about 2 minutes to qualify yourself and if they don't see results they will immediately fire you or put you on probation. Every day is a mystery as to weather you will have a seat the next day. Its a constant "If you don't do XYZ by end of the week you'll be terminated" - VERBATIM. If you have the tiniest bit of talent in you they'll keep you around until you close a deal, then fire you and keep all your commission. The turn over rate is 99%. If you make it here its because of an unfair advantage that you were given an account with potential. Otherwise you will spend your days throwing poop at a wall and praying it sticks. DO NOT WORK HERE!!
