Upper management and leadership are completely out of touch with reality. President and those under are complete bullies to other employees below them. Micromanagement from all managers, tracking every little thing the entire day. Constantly being bothered and messaged outside of work hours. Every tiny thing that goes wrong seems like the end of the world. Tries to make you discuss your “learns” whenever things go wrong and make you apologize for something that usually isn’t even your fault/problem. It’s all a social game with whoever is managements favorite, and there is constant drama. If you want a place that respects you and offers a fair, healthy workplace, this is not for you.
