• I really enjoy working at Mondo. I came into Mondo without any recruiting experience, and the training experience I had was amazing. I was given all the tools needed to get the job done, and I feel like I've grown a lot professionally since starting here. • I get to work with some awesome companies and collaborate with some amazing coworkers. I enjoy the company culture and I feel that there is a real sense of teamwork and collaboration every day. • The flexibility is great. I am able to manage my own schedule and work remotely 4 out of 5 days of the week for my office. This is super important to me and makes it easy to maintain a good work-life balance. • The commission structure is really motivating. I have the opportunity to make a lot of money if I put the effort in. • Every day is different!!!
