Pros

I came to Mondo motivated to become financially independent. Having worked previously in non-profit, I was tired of "celebrating" how much money we didn't lose vs. how much we had actually accomplished. I also was working so much harder than others around me and wanted to be in an environment where there was a monetary correlation to my work effort and my compensation. Mondo has provided exactly all of this and more.

Cons

No where is perfect and if you read the other comments here, you'll see common complaints - long hours, grind, etc. It's a sales job so you'd be hard pressed to not see that. Re: management I have never had a problem with my management because I've been open and honest with them about my feelings and/or sharing ideas if I felt stuck. As long as you assume good intent, provide solutions and above all, work towards results, you'll succeed here.

Pros

You can make 6 figures

Cons

You won't learn anything from management, your customers will not respect you when you are forced to lie to them, there's no work life balance and since therapy is out of pocket you end up spending so much money on healthcare. Starting salary between 45-60k but you work so many hours without commission the first few months you're making like $15-18/hr. Managers are super clicky). It's hard to respect the CEO. If you're a minority POC or LGBTQ you'll get tokenized like a college textbook but otherwise eat it from management. Having to lie about mondo caring about mental health awareness, and then not being allowed to take PTO during mental health awareness month is always funny. Ra-ra mentality is exhausting Drug use and alcohol abuse is rampant it's uncomfortable working for women who aren't feminists
