Pros

Until there is new management, there are ZERO pros. The bad reviews on GlassDoor are from GOOD people. Please don't make the same mistake we did.

Cons

Where to begin? - Do you like condescending narcissistic Micro-managing Managers? Mondo is the place for you! - Value work life balance? HA! Expect to get PTSD from your phone going off at 5am and 10pm - regardless of time zone. PTO is actually "Paid Time On-the-clock-still-because-there-is-no-separation" - Wanna Make Money? Maybe, but good luck. Low base pay, low commission that is geared to reward managers, no bonuses and they will take the money you earned if you leave. - Like being babysat? this is the job for you!! Big Brother is REAL! - Okay, so you wanna grow in your career, I get it! ...they will make you grow, to hate your job. I progressed quickly through the ranks (Associate TR to Recruiting Manager) and got ZERO professional development. When I brought up training or support, I was laughed at. - Like being Bullied? Say Less. Be ready to be guilt tripped and used and abused. - Love hearing fake hype from your teammates and other random people at the company? Reply-All culture lives in 2023! - Retreats seem fun, right?! Another way for them to brainwash you, and expect you to work while they are truly wasting time and resources. - Okay but what about working with the best in the business? The best already left..the desperate stayed. - Do you love feeling like you're a part of something bigger than yourself? Well, you will feel smaller and more unseen than you ever have in your entire life. - Do you want to see Diversity and Inclusion actually implemented at a company? Go elsewhere. - Love laughing? You'll laugh at the expectations they hold you to. - Burn out isn't real right? Come to Mondo to find out! In All seriousness, the turnover at Mondo is for a reason. They bring in fresh graduates, burn them out and feed on the next fresh batch. If you want to make a change at Mondo, they will eliminate your position without cause. STAY AWAY, PLEASE

Pros

Community of high-achievers & culture of excellence Clearly defined metrics to map and track goals Uncapped commission & opportunity to build financial freedom Freedom to craft a book of business that resonates with you, as nearly every industry & company hires tech, digital, and creative talent

Cons

The cons of this job are all contrasting viewpoints of the pros I listed: Community of high-achievers & culture of excellence means that mental resilience is key and it's imperative to leverage other peoples' success rather than let it get you down about your own results Clearly defined metrics to map and track goals can feel like a never-ending hamster wheel until you realize you must use them as a tool Building financial freedom is not easy, and takes grit & resilience to push through the lulls and challenges Freedom to craft a book of business that resonates with you can be overwhelming - especially if you focus on the wrong kind of business for our model
