      Pros

      - understanding management (can only speak to Philadelphia) - great PTO & Benefits, work-life balance - great support from colleagues - excellent trainers for the first few months, ongoing training if needed - office retreats and parties - plentiful resources available to use

      Cons

      - if you aren't comfortable calling C-suite and high level executives cell phones daily, this is not for you.

      Pros

      After over 3.5 years at Mondo, this company continues to be the best place I have ever worked. The leadership team is phenomenal, and continually supports personal growth on any career path you choose to pursue for yourself. An amazing team environment makes you feel at home whether you have been at the company for 1 month or 5 years, and I couldn't imagine a better place to work.

      Cons

      Staffing and recruiting is a career path that requires a lot of diligence and hard work - and though this isn't a con, if you're looking for a place to sit back and relax, this may not be a fit for you. If you're looking to push your limits and continually grow - then definitely consider Mondo for your next opportunity!
