I am not even kidding, this was the worst job I ever had in my career. This place is insultingly unprofessional. They work you all day everyday, berate you in front of others pressuring you to get the perfect subs everyday and threatening PIPs if you don't live up to their lofty expectations every single day. (Hey management, everybody talks to each other so we're aware that you're putting people on PIPs and firing them the next day) They must be scrambling right now because everyone is quitting. Do not start working here. Management is the worst, you'll be pressuring candidates into roles, lying to candidates and clients it feels entirely unethical.

Its sales, that comes with pressure- you are creating your own book of biz, you cant expect that to be easy from day 1.. you also cant expect your managers not to push you to challenge yourself and strive for more.
