      - good for people new to sales, good starting point to learn - very intelligent bunch of folks around - interesting technology to work with - stock programs are good, but MongoDB has issues with price stability - no benefits

      Cons

      - EAE are expected to work like robots, expectations are broken down to weeks, days. No time to breathe, no time to spend time quality time with customers, no time for any private life - most of EAEs are not making targets therefore you are not going to get paid a lot - quantity over quality of engagement, focus areas - huge attrition in EMEA - no back office and support
