-Extremely mature management -Management is understanding and leads with trust -Management celebrates my strengths and is transparent about areas of growth (and gives feedback/advice on how to strengthen those things) -Workload is sustainable -Healthy amount of autonomy and extremely available as needed -Management goes out of their way to offer additional learning opportunities -Management advocates advancement for good performance
Cons
-System/documentation ramp up can take time (lots of google docs/sheets) -Big bonus structure without the ability to earn more than 100% if you exceed goals
