      Pros

      Competitive salary, good benefits, unlimited time off, employees & company leaders live the 5 core values: build together, make it matter, intellectual honesty, think big-go far, & own what you do. Collaboration with kind people makes for good work days.

      Cons

      Matrixed orgs are not my favorite; the need to consult so many people is sometimes exhausting, but it does lead to increase buy-in.

      A genuine, caring attitude from the top down Honesty and transparency in all-hands meetings For the most part, a relaxed and collaborative environment Truly values diversity and inclusion The company values aren’t just a poster on the wall Company tries hard to stay at the forefront of languages and technologies

      Cons

      The people in charge don’t appear to know how to include neurodivergent people. They are genuinely trying, but company policies treat it as an aspect of mental health rather than its own issue.
