      Great (people, product, culture, leadership, benefits).

      Cons

      Recognizing that as we continue to grow as a company (past few years went from 2,000 to coming up on 5,000 people), our processes and how we operate need to adapt to reflect that. Not really a true 'con' so much as keeping scalability top of mind.

      Pros

      Training employees from the ground up on a sales process that you can take to any job succeeding mongo. Career development - managers have performance reviews specifically around how their reps have been developed.

      Cons

      Many systems / tools / processes to get up to speed with when starting. Not to mention the process and technology as well.

      - Lots of structural change. Most of it is to make our lives easier, but get ready for a new challenge here and there, get ready to adapt. Lots of help you can have here too
