Pros

There's a great culture of helping each other and transparency. Talking to leadership is very easy, which has never been my experience in other companies. Compensation is good, RSUs, Offsite trips and work-life balance is great.

Cons

As the company grows, so does internal policies and bureaucracy. So far it is ok, I hope it doesn't get out of hand. Culture between teams is starting to diverge as more managers come in and the teams scale.

Cons

CS responsibilities continue to move in a worse direction and directly compete with Sales and SAs while we’re supposed to be partnering. It turned into a role where you have monitor sales ethics and even get in the way of their bonus comp while continuing to try and be a part of the account team. Its almost all of the bad of sales without any of the good. CSM Management is clueless and doesn’t know to how to deal with the challenges at the IC level. The incentive structure breeds a culture of lies and politics. Stay so far away from this job.
