      Not necessarily a con, but definitely a high learning curve when coming in new. Luckily you have access to resources + SMEs to help you along the way.

      Pros

      If you are an experienced rep who is comfortable with complex sales this is a good fit. Best in class product with great market fit.

      Cons

      If you do not have much AE experience would be a challenge. Sales org is newer and going through a lot of trial and error with processes so reps and teams lean on each other's experience to figure out what works best.
