Many customers are expanding their database workflows with MongoDB. • Strong company culture that values learning, ownership, and collaboration. • Benefits are solid overall, and the introduction of the summer schedule in Spain this year was a great addition, consistent with what top companies in the region offer. • Plenty of opportunities to learn, experiment, and connect with brilliant people across different teams and regions. • Diversity is definitely a highlight, with people from all over the world working on my team, which creates a rich and inclusive environment.

      • Depending on the team and industry, there can be periods of intense workload, especially near the end of each quarter when results need to be delivered. • The first few months can feel a bit overwhelming, but in my experience, colleagues are always willing to help, and most situations are flexible and open to discussion.
