      Tech leadership direction is reactive. Tech debt projects get half addressed then cancelled which leaves things worse than not starting

      Pros

      MongoDB is a great company to work for. My colleagues and hardworking, innovative. They also helped me a great deal with project-related issues to get me up-to-speed quickly. Great work-life-balance - most meetings are held taking both East and West coast business hours into account. Solid leadership. You also get subsidized to free lunches if you work at the NYC office.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, unless you consider the lack of 401k match to be a downside. I think the compensation package makes up for it though.
