      Too focused on metrics. Customer service always comes second. Management has completely changed this year. New management is in panic mode.

      Low base comparatively Truly terrible lower management — the worst I’ve come across in 7 years HR is useless and only has the manager in mind. They were presented with proof of harassment and chose to ignore it.

      Pros

      This is a place where the money is good and the technology is great, but the people and career opportunities are not.

      Cons

      There is no consistent standard for leveling of Product Managers, leadership just makes stuff up as they go without communicating about it. The relationship between Product and Engineering is pathologically bad. The only way to grow here is to step over the dead bodies. This is one of the worst jobs I've ever had in a long career. My leadership couldn't care less about me or my career, they only manage up.
