Pros
MongoDB continues to be a company where if you invest the right way, opportunity will continue to find you. Recently I have stepped into the RD role, this was a natural transition after leading a strategic account. I have the upmost confidence the opportunity will find anyone who showcases an ability to work hard, follow the process, and contribute across teams.
Cons
With each new role, I always say "I have never worked this hard". I don't see that stopping in the future, we work hard here. That said, not all work is created equal, you need to prioritize your time in each role, and focus on value creation (For your customers, your team, and yourself).
