When I joined MongoDB, I was amazed by the employee-centric focus of the organization and the amazing leaders I had who really helped me guide and build a career in an Administrator Role. Thanks to their continuous support and freedom to explore options, I got my Salesforce Admin Certification, moved into the Sales Technology Administrator role, and continued my growth. Also, having an International team ranging from India to Europe to America increased my exposure, provided opportunities to learn about new cultures, and broadened my horizons.
