Pros
Always a lot to do, never get bored doing your job. My management/leadership is great. Good advices, showing a lot of support. Proudly say I can trust them. I know it's the case for all the teams around here.
Cons
I work with a lot of internal teams, and unfortunately we also see a lot of super fast promotion, managers who lacks leadership. I think a better choice process of management promotion should be in place.
