The people, the product, the enablement, the value we drive for our customers, and the growth trajectory are all excellent. The culture is one of learning, being a shareholder, and taking part in a meritocracy. We also have lots of fun :)

Cons

It's a place of high expectations and performance, and that is not for everybody.

- Truly brilliant colleagues and management who support you every step of the way -> You are set up for success - Great technology that fits a vast range of use cases -> Skills you build are very relevant (and it's fun!)

Cons

- Demanding environment -> You need to prioritize your time (and learn to say no). The sales process offers good support though

- One of the best product on the market and constant improvements - Working with the best professionals in the sector - Strong sales process - Real step up in any Sales career - Attention to metrics and KPI - Good and extensive hiring process which reflects the required level of commitment from both parties - Good money if you meet expectations

Cons

- Disruptive technology with long sales cycles for larger deals, not always aligned with quarterly expectations - Really high expectations leading to high pressure job (high people turnover) - Work/life balance, particularly during the first year as there is lot to learn - Strong metrics monitoring with some level of micro-management sometimes
