      Pros

      Here at MongoDB, a lot can change when the team grows. I have had the benefit that management recognizes the skills and potentials of its employees and by that gives us a path to grow and career progression. In my case, I got promoted to manager thanks to the hard work, but also thanks to the continuous communication with my higher-ups. Communication here has always been a two-way system for me at MongoDB.
