      - People here are nice and friendly. I can always get help when needed. - I like how things work here. You get clear responsibility and know what to do. - The company keeps good communication with employees. We always know what the company is doing and there are ways to participate. - The company cares for employees' welfare. I learned a lot working here. And is very happy I joined MongoDB 6 years ago.

      MongoDB is one of the employee-friendly companies in my career so far. They are on a super growth path and we as employees felt that motivation a lot. Immense opportunities in here.
