      Huge focus on development and ongoing learning from mgmt to help excel in current role but also prepare for the next role in your career - certainly a place where you can build a career! Great culture (even in the remote world) Very high calibre of talent across entire company

      Pros

      MongoDB has grown substantially every year I've been here while maintaining a culture that fosters working together to build a great platform for developers. There are a wide variety of career path opportunities and many ways to have impact from public speaking to the Green Team.

      Cons

      Fast-paced growth isn't for everyone, and comes with constant change. There are challenges to working in geographically distributed teams, but they are common to all companies above a certain scale.

      Pros

      The people and the culture have made a big difference. We were, and still are, given time to learn what we need to learn and contribute wherever we can to the learning initiatives. Everyone supports your effort in supporting our customers. This is teamwork at its best, and is designed around remotees. I do not feel like I am in an isolated bubble. We meet often with colleagues on line and look forward to any in person events. Enthusiasm is high, people are outstanding, the culture allows for diversity and there is always lots to keep you busy. The time has just flown by, two years already! I continue to enjoy the rollercoaster, this ride is worth taking! The skills learned here will definitely make my future brighter. Looking forward to the next twists and turns.

      Big customers have big expectations, but we have the swarming effect, we get assistance when we need it. People are very helpful here.
