      Pros

      Well managed Company that fully appreciates, recognizes and rewards its employees accordingly. Leadership has a clear vision and the discipline and passion to see it to fruition driven by absolute success of the Company not just for it's backers but also for the love of the product and genuine drive to see its employees succeed and enjoy the fruits of their labor. If you want to work hard and have fun with a lot of smart and grounded team, MongoDB is where you want to be!

      Cons

      None other than traffic in my commute but well worth it given all the possibilities. I say None because I'm a firm believer in "things happen for a reason". So you "learn, move on and improve along the way".

      Pros

      Lots of perks (free food, manicures, outings, etc) Smart people that really work well together Everything I do really matters. The company has hot technology that is really going to take off.

      Cons

      Growing fast can cause growing pains Parking in Papo Alto is a pain downtown with either 2 hour parking, parking far away or long waiting lists for garages.

      Pros

      If you stay for 6 months you will probably be the longest term employee ! Isn't that great !

      Cons

      Unless you are Pre-existing friends with one of the insiders, you are completely screwed with the new management. The Board has got the grim reaper to produce some revenues and profits, and there is no strategy / insight / enterprise expertise / etc.
