-Leadership is personable and invests in their reps, VP's will have enablement sessions, and review calls and strategy with you 1-on-1 -Enablement is ongoing and very well developed -Product is awesome -Amazing culture, everyone on the entire floor is friends -Encouraged to take PTO and recharge

-Nervous about rapid expansion, feels short on quality accounts -Very difficult job, however it is rewarding -No 401K match
