Pros

*The people here are very talented and hard working. *Top tier clients.

Cons

* Long hours, late nights, and working on weekends. * You are not fairly compensated here, pay is way below industry average. No overtime pay. Management expect to keep you happy with parties. * Very difficult to get promotion or raise for the hard work you put in. Management will give you empty promises to keep you here long enough till you finally decide to quit. They would rather hire someone new with the same basic minimal salary. * They recently switched to unlimited PTO, but decided not to pay out employee's current accrued PTO balances. The management said the company would financially suffer (they were go broke) if pay us out. Which makes no sense, because all the PTO hours not taken = hours worked = hours billed to clients. We know you have the cash.

Pros

Amazing benefits -We just got unlimited PTO/sick/bereavement time -health/dental/vision paid for -match 401K -access to therapy Great learning environment.

Cons

Cliquey. Many teams are isolated from one another. Awful communication. You often are thrown into different projects with no explanation of what is needed from you. Bosses are not responsive. Poor work life balance. High pressure to work evenings and sometimes weekends. People messaging you at all hours. No overtime pay. Very little room for advancement. You get more responsibility, but no promotion, and minimal raises. Bosses play favorites, and raises reflect this. No one cares how much or how little work you do. They may praise you for your work, but raises rarely reflect it. Bosses ineffective and there are zero consequences to bad behavior. Pay is decent, but good luck getting a fair raise for the amount of work you do.
