Media Monks is an amazing organization with a GREAT culture. So many amazing people! The benefits and team comradery is unlike none other.

Lack of direction at a company level for some legacy companies. No coherent return to office plan, still some missing cross-company links (have fun flipping through a bunch of different slack spaces to find the channel you were pinged on!).
