Pros

The culture and the people are awesome, the work is not too hectic, we have good benefits. Projects are challenging and the clients are amazing for your Resume.

Cons

Not a lot of chance for growth since the gap in salary between a Junior and a Lead is not so big. The whole company is displeased with the CEO's insistence on a ridiculous RTO policy. Morale is low, people miss working from home. Employees are leaving or being laid off for this reason. There is never "enough money in the budget" for raises, even if your performance is stellar and you've been waiting for more than a year. Wages for overseas employees (Asia and LatAm) are insultingly low compared to employees in Europe or America considering that most of the creation hubs are located there and the lowest paid employees do most of the work.

Pros

Most people are great to work with. Was remote although I believe that has changed. Benefits were good but also changing.

Cons

Zero transparency from executive level. Often blindsided with company news, lack of raises, etc.
