Hybrid work culture. Company was well till Robert was MD of India. People wanted to work for Monks. Rich culture and the most talked about business partner for clients and vendors in the market.

Cons

New MD ruined it. Ops team is bias. Appraisal shuffling, layoffs of good talent and hiring bootlicker. Low salary. No office HR never comes to office. No legal head. Cheap clients. Working on low profile work. Hardly any good films.
