Pros

Opportunity to work on regional and global campaigns, with team mates from different regions. Wide network of diverse creative disciplines. There was a great period where culture and talent were superb. Flexible working arrangements.

Cons

Politics and commercial troubles. Layoffs were demoralising and lots of good talent are now gone.

Pros

Hybrid culture. Salary on time.

Cons

Dirty politics, Favouritism, the top management gives increment to their boot-licking juniors. Female Employee harassment. Employee exploitation at its peak. They fire people without even any reasoning and do internal transfers to safeguard their favourite people. Few girls who hangout with the MD gets out of turn increment. Have done advances to me but luckily I am no longer part of this company. Few employees have dragged the company to court. Not worth working for .Monks!
