      Beautiful in-office locations, particularly the Venice Beach location. Free food and drinks. Great team camaraderie, nice benefits and decent pay. Nice work/life balance!

      Pros

      Depending on the clients the work can be amazing or tough. I was fortunate to have come across some of the best clients in the industry which made my role incredible compared to others who had trickier clients

      Cons

      No bonuses, increases and delayed review cycles as well as informal management and goal setting. With inflation you end up losing money
