      - poor upper management. They bought too many agencies at the same time and didn’t make many moves to get these agencies/clients onto the same ways of working

      - A lot of FLUFF - company all hands meetings tell you what you want to hear but noting is acted upon. When management is put on the spot during live Q&A's they avoid the question like its the plague. - Continued budget cut backs (I get it, economy changes) but this has been going on since 2021 after the Covid hiring boom but other companies bounced back. - Little to no growth, promotion or salary increase even after doing all of the "Accelerate" (career growth) courses and goal settings with managers
