Great health insurance plan for US staff (not sure about other countries

Toxic culture built on constant layoffs for over 2 years. Their technology is vaporware, meanwhile clients demand more, faster, better, and cheaper, which is the agency’s promise, except it isn’t actually seem to be possible because they have removed any/all talent that actually knows and understands their clients. They bought a bunch of successful, thriving businesses and have run them all into the ground.

- no promotions or raises for over a year - horrible since the media.monks acquisition - multiple mass layoffs last year - no room for growth or upper management untrained in growing younger employees - CEO more concerned with social life than addressing company changes, addressed mass layoffs camera off and made the rest of the leadership team speak - zero work-life balance
