      No pressure to go into the office during these times, however they are also organizing fun events for employees to meet each other in person if they’d like

      Barely has an HR department, difficult to get promoted depending on which department you work in, has a lot of growing pains. Has a lot of office politics

      Pros

      embedded model with a lot flexibility of moving between teams. HR team is amazingly supportive. It is not a big company but quite decent, really.

      Cons

      in process of integration with a larger scale of sister companies. Hope it will bring a brighter future and please still keeps the current harmony company culture.
