      Work with the biggest brands and leading creatives from around the world!

      Cons

      Fast pace can be fun, but dangerous for burnout. After a series of mergers and acquisitions there is a lot to sort out worldwide, but I am confident we will dial it in with time.

      Get to work with cool, creative & smart coworkers all around the globe Flexibility with your schedule and ability to work remotely Quick career progression due to fast paced, growing environment Strong benefits and leave policies

      Cons

      Very chaotic, no structure - don't mind this but not for everyone Experience can be very dependent on your team and manager Pay could be better for tech, especially with no YE bonuses and stock S4 Board = all tenured men. This is exhibited in the decisions, values and priorities set by top level leadership.
