Very close team, nice group of people, and a very safe environment for expressing yourself and your opinions.

Cons

The company was acquired 1.5 years ago. So far we've been able to maintain the people focused, value based culture but not sure how long that will last (even though many of our people/hr team are now managing across our bigger company.
