* Great experience for a fresher to grow * Flat hierarchy * Ability to take independent ownership of the algorithm used in key products

Cons

* Individuals tend to abuse the Bonusly Points system by distributing points to pre-determined individuals. Deserving employees are never credited for their work as a result of this. * No employee exchange programs between Bangalore & Sydney.

I feel very grateful to have kickstarted my career at Metric Theory. I would highly recommend MT to any digital marketing professional looking to work at one of the premier agencies in the industry. Company culture is centered around a set of values that employees are expected to exemplify, including self awareness and team oriented-ness among others. These values coupled with a senior team that truly cares create a really healthy working environment. The other major pro is the training program geared towards people just starting or early in their career. In this program, some of the best digital marketers in the country are sharing their expertise and knowledge to foster your growth and education. It’s excellent.
