      Pros

      For a somewhat smaller company, Orca is really great about flexible, remote work. Even before covid, it's a great company that encourages work/life balance, and they encourage you to work at your own pace. We get to work with great clients, and the team always has each others backs. There's a lot of room for growth and potential at the company, as the recent merger has allowed us to explore pretty much any future career path moving forward.

      Cons

      No real negatives-if you are someone that doesn't work well independently, or needs a lot of direction/oversight, perhaps it's not the right fit. But if you are self-motivated, it's perfect.
