Super smart people, amazing training, everyone is always trying to be their best and do right by our clients, fun culture in non-covid times, caring and transparent management team. If you perform well you will be given great clients and quicker-than-average-agency promotion tracks.

Cons

Client services can be tough and stressful, and you are encouraged to work outside your comfort zone... that's definitely not for everyone, and you need to speak up if you are overwhelmed. That's the same at any agency, though.

I've never worked at a company that cared about their employees more than Metric Theory. There are countless programs aimed towards both career and personal development along with benefits consistently being added to improve quality of life. You really feel like the company is run by people who have your best interest in mind and truly care how you feel. Feedback is always welcome and often solicited and the company is continuously working to pivot to address any concerns that come from that feedback. I would highly recommend MT to anyone who is looking for a job, no matter what stage they are at in their career.

Cons

Honestly, not much. I was a little overwhelmed with how close knit everyone was when I first started. Would I fit in? But those concerns were quickly alleviated. Everyone was so welcoming and made you feel like a part of the group no matter how new you were.
