Having worked at 2 previous PPC agencies before joining MT, I can whole-heartedly say that Metric Theory is the agency where I have found myself happiest. From the right amount of work/life balance to empathetic senior management that truly values their employees, MT takes great strides in ensuring that their employees are cared for properly. On top of that, it's exciting to be able to work with some of the top brands out there!
